Train-The-Trainer (T3)

Due to COVID-19, we're offering these services virtually.

This service targets cooks, cooks' aides, and local practitioners working in K-12, senior center, community program and healthcare settings with a responsibility for nutrition and wellness. T3 training covers healthy cooking, Native food history and food as medicine, and the skills to teach other members of the community and beyond. Our nutrition focus has also expanded to encompass Food Sovereignty and food access solutions.

FAQ

  • I've registered on the website, now what do I do?

    The first step is to complete the Course Application. This is a one-time activity that will make you eligible to take the other courses.

  • I've completed the Course Application, but I cannot access any of the courses. What do I do?

    Each course requires permission to enroll. Please email Denise at [email protected] and ask to enroll in the course(s) you are interested in. Please remember to let her know the name of the course you would like to take.

  • What time do the Live presentations begin?

    The majority of the T3 live presentations will begin at 9 am (Arizona time) and last for 1 hour. Please contact Donna([email protected]) or Denise ([email protected]) for more details.
